This course shows aircraft maintenance technicians how a safety management system works from where they stand: what an SMS is, which organisations must have one, how it is built, and what a technician does on every shift to spot hazards, report them, work to the controls and check that they hold. It follows one report from the find to the bulletin, under the Philippine rules and the ICAO, FAA and EASA rules behind them. About seven hours, online, with a capstone case.
