The Online Academy is run by Avia Tech International Training Academy, Inc., a CAAP-approved training organisation (Licence #2018-02). Marla established Avia Tech in 2016 and leads it as CEO and Accountable Manager.

Kevin is a safety, quality and risk specialist with more than 30 years in aviation. He has held quality and safety post-holder roles in approved maintenance organisations, guided repair stations through Part 145 approvals with the FAA, EASA and authorities across Asia, and has delivered more than 2,000 hours of regulatory and safety training worldwide. He has also served as an expert consultant to the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines, supporting inspector training and regulatory development.
His firm's original training programme for repair station management personnel is the foundation of our 14 CFR Part 145 Initial Training course.
